Compliance
The investment will be structured to meet all EB-5 program requirements:
- Capital will be placed at risk with no guaranteed returns.
- Funds will be sourced lawfully and documented.
- Job creation will be tracked and reported using payroll records.
- The clinic will operate in a USCIS-designated TEA.
- Form I-526E will be filed to initiate the EB-5 process, followed by Form I-829 to remove conditions after two years.
Job Creation
The clinic will create at least 10 full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers, including:
- 2 General Dentists
- 2 Dental Hygienists
- 2 Dental Assistants
- 2 Front Desk Receptionists
- 1 Office Manager
- 1 Billing Specialist
All positions will be maintained for a minimum of two years to meet EB-5 compliance.
